Randy Spencer has been in ministry for 43 years, pastoring churches in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia. Randy received his doctorate from Liberty University and was employed for six years as faculty and staff.  Randy left Liberty University in 2005 to become the lead pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Staunton, VA.  During his 11 year tenure he planted three dynamic churches in the Shenandoah Valley, including our own, Crosslink Community Church. Randy recently retired from the lead pastorate to pursue his passion in pastoral mentoring and church planting. This week Pastor Randy will help us explore Power vs. Authority looking at Ephesians 6:10-12.
