We hope that you are still taking to heart the "Begin With The End in Mind" focus that we presented last month at our Beast Feast. To help us stay focused on the task, we are hosting a Men's Breakfast on Saturday, March 3rd at 8:30am in the Community Life Center (B-Building). This will be a wonderful time to fellowship, enjoy a good meal, pray together, and learn about a new opportunity for men at Crosslink.
The cost for this event is just $5 per person or $10 per family if you have multiple men in your home. This breakfast is for men and boys of all ages.

This Easter Sunday, April 1st, we would like to celebrate Christ’s resurrection with a worship choir! The choir will sing along with our worship band in each of the 3 morning services that day, bringing energy and helping to model worship for our congregation. No prior choral experience or audition is necessary - if you enjoy singing, then there is a spot for you!

The Women’s Ministry will be hosting a conference for the women of Harrisonburg and the surrounding Valley! The IF: Gathering is an annual two-day gathering in Austin, Texas which is simulcast all across the world in local homes, churches, and communities. IF: Gathering is when we collectively come together to wrestle with essential questions of faith and encounter God through gathering together for worship, prayer, and the teaching of His Word. We will be equipped with the Word in a way that empowers us to be unleashed into our homes and communities to then give Him away. Click HERE to register.

Crosslink’s Men’s Ministry is hosting our first ever Beast Feast Dinner! Open to elementary boys through adults of all ages, Crosslink men are invited to come and enjoy a fellowship steak dinner with various wild game meat on the side. We will hear a challenge on the importance of Beginning with the End in Mind by Guest speaker Pastor Dwayne Carson. A charge will be given to start the new year in such a way that will pave the way to ending 2018 strong in the Lord. Following the speaker, we will have a time of dedication and prayer.

Join us for a Candlelight Night of Worship on Christmas Eve at 5pm. This event is for the entire family as kids and adults will join together to sing Christmas songs and reflect on the miracle of Christmas- Jesus Christ, our God and Savoir, who was born to save Mankind.
Join the Crosslink Ladies for their annual Christmas Banquet! The guest speaker will be Nancy Martin. Nancy is the Director of Volunteer & Client Services at Ava Care of Harrisonburg. She is a mother and pastor’s wife who has a heart for ministering to women of all ages and backgrounds. Come enjoy some Christmas season fellowship, fun, and a potluck dinner. The event will take place in the Community Life Center in the B-Building. Bring along a dish to share and a wrapped gift for exchange (not to exceed $10 value).
We will be hosting our second annual Thanksgiving Night of Worship on Wednesday, November 15th at 6 pm. Bring the whole family and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, sing songs of praise and thanksgiving, and hear testimonies of how God has been working in people's lives at Crosslink! The event will take place in the Crosslink's Worship Center. We are asking for a suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family to help cover food costs. Donations will be collected at the event.

Bless the Nations with us this Christmas through our New Missions Christmas Shoebox Drive! You can pick up a shoebox and packing lists at the New Missions table in the lobby or provide your own and fill it up with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and clothing for an underprivileged boy or girl in Haiti.
The deadline to turn in your filled shoebox is Sunday, December 10th.

Jesus calls us to serve one another, and this event is a chance for college students and young adults 18-25 years old to get together and serve a few members of Crosslink who need some help! On Saturday, November 4th, we'll get together and go rake some leaves, do some odd jobs, and pack some shoeboxes for Haiti.
In the evening, we'll warm up with a bonfire, dinner, and fellowship. Don't miss this awesome day!

Marriage, the way God intended it to be, is a true art form. That's why for more than 40 years, FamilyLife has been helping couples understand God's plan for relationships. The Art of Marriage® weaves together expert teaching, real-life stories, humorous vignettes, and more to portray both the challenges and the beauty of God's design.
Beginning Sunday, October 1st at 6 pm we will have a 6-week marriage seminar in the Worship Center. Material cost for the seminar is $38/couple (this includes 2 workbooks) payable at the first session.

Crosslink will join over 70 locations nationwide in hosting an incredible conference specifically for teenagers!
Dare 2 Share Live is a national, live, multi-site training and outreach event that is truly one-of-kind. Teenagers from across the nation will gather together to bring Christ to our communities through service and gospel conversations, and spark a movement within youth ministry and within the Church at large.
Do you have a musical gifting that you could use to serve the Lord? If so, we would love for you to consider auditioning for Crosslink’s Worship Band! We are looking for drummers, electric and acoustic guitar players, keyboard players, string players, and have a particular need for bass players. Auditions will be held on Thursday, September 7th and Thursday, September 14th from 5:00-6:30 pm.

Join the Crosslink team that will take the New Missions shoeboxes to their US headquarters in Orlando, FL from Wednesday, December 27- Saturday, December 30th.
This will include two days at the New Missions headquarters preparing shoeboxes received for shipment to Haiti. Trip cost is $250 per person plus travel meals with a $50 deposit due by September 25th to secure your spot. Space is limited. There will be a meeting for those interested in learning more on Sunday, September 10th after the 11:00am service in the Meeting Room. On Sunday, September 3rd, we will hold a single service at 10:30 am at Wilson Hall on the JMU campus. This will be a great opportunity to connect with JMU students and invite them to join us in worshiping the Lord. Childcare will be available for children 4 & under. Parents, just come into the lobby of Wilson Hall and we will direct you to the children's classrooms!
Free parking is available in the Warsaw Avenue Parking Deck (157 Warsaw Avenue, Harrisonburg). You can then either walk up the quad or take our shuttle up to Wilson Hall! Join the ladies of Crosslink for their annual retreat at Valley View in Elkton! This one-day event will challenge your faith and deepen your connection with other women at Crosslink! We will meet at the Elkton Food Lion at 9 am, and then travel up to Valley View together.
Crosslink invites the whole church family for an evening of celebration and fellowship! Join us on June 4th at 5pm to celebrate the promotion of our kids into the next grade and recognize our graduating Preschoolers, Fifth Graders and High School Graduates.
Afterwards, we'll have food, games, and plenty of warm fellowship. Crosslink will provide meat, but we ask that each family bring a side dish to share.

Family Dedication at Crosslink is a time of celebrating your family and your new additions as well as a time to dedicate your child/children to the Lord before the church family. It is a time of public recognition and congratulations! We encourage you to invite family and friends to this special occasion. Family Dedication will take place during each of our two worship services.

The 2017 Crosslink Softball season is starting in the middle of May and will run to the end of July. If you are interested in physical activity, fellowship, and having fun, this is for you. This is a church league, so players of all levels play. It is primarily a men's community league, but we do have females that play on our team. There will be few practices before games begin and usually about one game per week once the season starts. An offering will be taken to help support New Mission's efforts to build schools, wells, and churches in the country of Haiti, and child sponsorship opportunities will also be available.
