There are two fundamental ways to celebrate Christmas, the Santa Claus way which tells us to be good for goodness sake, and the gospel way which tells us that we cannot be good enough so we need someone who is to be our substitute. Jesus is the only one good enough and this point is made clear from Colossians 1:15-20.
