Running Well

Text: Hebrews 12:1-3

Throughout Scripture, the Christian life is often referred to as a 'race.' This description reminds us that when a person puts their faith in Christ, God takes them from their old path and direction and places them onto a new path that accomplishes His purposes for their life. However, we shouldn’t be satisfied with merely being in the race. God has called us to run well and has even given us instructions on how to run to win.

Six Spiritual Daily Disciplines for 2020

This morning, with guest speaker Richard Seefried, we are going to look at six daily disciplines that we must incorporate into our lives. Christianity is not a week-by-week experience, but a day-by-day experience. In the book of Acts, the early church did certain things DAILY, which explains why the church grew so phenomenally. So today we are going to look at six verses in the Bible and I want you to note the word 'daily' or 'day by day' in each of them.
