God is in Control: Trusting in the Providence of God

Text: Luke 2:1-7

In every aspect of the birth of Christ, we find that there were great circumstances and difficulty. The situations for Mary, Joseph, Simeon, and the Magi were far from ideal. Yet through it all we find that God was still in control, sovereignly working everything together to accomplish His divine plan and purpose. This wonderful truth gives us the same assurance that He is still working all things in our life together for His glory and our good. We must simply trust the providence of God.
