Who's Your One: One Way

Text: John 14:1-6

The words that Jesus spoke in John 14 are some of the most informative and encouraging words that He ever uttered. These words describe Who He is, why He came, and what is in store for all who believe in Him. However, in these truths that bring so much comfort to the believer, there is a powerful reminder of the consequences that await every person who does not believe in Jesus. The very truth that comforts those who are in Christ is also the truth that condemns those who are not. We pray that this message will both comfort and challenge as you seek to live for Christ today.

Commit to the Call

Text: Isaiah 40:1-8

In our troubled and distracted culture, it is easy to grow complacent and even compromise the call to live for Christ and His glory. The church faces the conundrum of ever-growing aggression towards God’s Word and the integrity and ability of the church to stand strong in its mission of being a light to the world. However, the most serious of attacks is NOT from the outside. We should stand strong in the face of the evils we see today, but let’s first make sure our strong stance as the church is firmly rooted and grounded upon God’s Word. The calling to commit to the church is a clear commitment to the call of holding fast to God’s Word.
